In 2021 quite a few participants of Aura Foundation are already back at work after a long period of labour force adjustment plan, with the associated need for support. The Aura Foundation’s face-to-face support is working in combination with the online support. In September, new participants have entered into the foundation and it has been a good month of recruitment despite some job losses. At the moment there are 306 people assisted by Aura Fundación and 207 jobs in companies such as DABA Nespresso, Penguin Random House and CaixaBank.
The ” Supported Life” programme has doubled its training offer with a second training flat with the “Aura Habitat” methodology, as well as a new “home support” flat programme.
FC Barcelona has signed 9 participants of Aura Foundation for its LigaGenuine football team.
