Workplace Inclusion 2024

Since 2012, Invest for children has been committed to the workplace inclusion of individuals with intellectual disabilities through the Aura Foundation project. Aura Foundation was the first “Supported Employment” programme in Spain, pioneering the implementation and development of this methodology.

Aura Foundation’s mission is to help improve the quality of life of individuals with intellectual disabilities by promoting social and workplace inclusion, following the Supported Employment methodology.

As of December 2024, Aura Foundation has supported 438 participants, with 339 individuals taking part in the Aura Employment Programme. In December alone, 60 new employment contracts were secured.

In 2024, 181 companies hired individuals with disabilities, and 438 people benefited from the services offered by Aura Foundation.
