In 2025, Invest for children collaborates with the Elena Barraquer Foundation in their valuable work in the fight against preventable blindness caused by cataracts in developing countries.
The Elena Barraquer Foundation has achieved an impressive milestone by performing 6,460 surgeries and conducting 15,618 consultations during their surgical expeditions in 2024 across 15 countries. As collaborators, we are proud to have contributed financially to make this important humanitarian work possible. In October 2025, 4,891 surgeries have been performed.
Our donation has helped fund the necessary medical equipment and facilitate these operations in communities where quality ophthalmological care is scarce or inaccessible. Furthermore, we have witnessed the direct impact of our contributions on the lives of over 50,000 people, both directly and indirectly, through the #NoMoreCataracts movement.
